News and Updates on JOTA/JOTI 2005 in Penang

Sunday, 2 October, 2005- Briefing for JOTA/JOTI participants at Wisma Pengakap at 3.00 p.m. Information for JOTA-JOTI were given out and details of the various competitions and activities to be held during the camp were given out. Doubts were clarified within this two hour session. Participants are divided into groups of 60 per subcamp.

Important!!! - Scouts are to check in at 2.30 p.m. on Friday, 14th October, 2005 at Coronation Camp. Delayed check-ins have to be informed to the committee beforehand.

Participants are advised to contact the respective committee members in the organizing committee for clarification on food, competition, camp, first aid, service and communications.

Thursday, 13 October 2005 - Transportation of bamboo for participant subcamps to Coronation Camp at 3.00 p.m.

Friday, 14th October 2005 - Participants are to check in at Coronation Camp at 2.30 p.m.
