A Tribute To Our(18GT[n]) Scoutmaster - Mr Raymond
18th Georgetown (North)'s one and only Mr. Raymond Edward Luke Capel,

Advisor.
Friend.

These are a few of the many words that can describe our scout master. Optimistic and creative, he designs and invents costumes that always manage to bring back the first place. A dedicated dictator during training sessions and the only scout master who would stay till the wee hours of the morning for the troop. Part advisor, part friend, we always can count on him for help in any problems we encounter.

Word alone are not enough to describe how much he has done for the troop, in his 17 years of service. He is the foundation of 18GT(N), a solid base on which all of us depend on. On behalf of the troop of 18 Georgetown (North), we would like to say THANK YOU MR. RAYMOND!
